Derecho,Are you sure you have 220-240 Volts across the two outised ternminals of the terminal blocks and 120 VAC from each outside terminal to the center terminal. Then disconnect the P3 connector at the clock, and check the sensor resistance across pin 5 and 6 (two purple wires) for the same resistance, That will confirm if the sensor and the wires are intact and informing the control coprrecly. It sounds like you've lost the L1(black) power supply to both ovens, due to a damaged wire or control.
