Marilyn What is difference between 17 & 18 (big price difference). My first drawer sags because the underbase of the shelf is cracked. Would I order 17 or 18? Model MSD2550VEB01. So disappointed as this is less than 2 years old and we are empty nesters with no kids. Also round insert at bottom where filter goes is also cracked.

If you are having an issue with the first drawer due to the shelf being cracked you will need #17 WPW10276341, this is the glass shelf and frame that holds the snack bin.
