Answer Hello Lou. You will need to check the brake on the unit first. Make sure it is stopping the inner basket from turning. If it is good, then the motor is not reversing. You will need to check and see if the motor is bad or if the timer is bad on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
