David T. for Model Number MZD 2768GEQ Ice maker will dispense cubed ice but no longer dispenses crushed ice. I question if the solenoid is functioning properly or not? What else could cause this? Thank you !
Answer Hello David. Test for power to the solenoid and if there is power there, and the solenoid does not work, replace the solenoid. If there is no power there, then the solenoid is fine and you will need to trace and see where you are losing power at. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
