Rick B. for Model Number 10656539400 Hi. My Ice dispenser stopped dispensing ice when the lever is pushed I replaced the auger motor ( that I got from you) and your directions made it much simpler. But it still does not dispense ice and the auger is not even trying to move just like with the old auger motor. Any thought or suggestions?
Answer Rick, With the auger motor being new you will want to check the bracket on the dispenser. If you take a flat blade screwdriver under the bottom lip of the frame and pop the frame off and lift to remove. Once out check where the switches are on the bracket, there are pins on the bracket that hold the switches that have a tendancy to break and cause this issue.
