Jim for Model Number KitchenAid micowave (above oven) Door "falls" open because apparently a spring broke. Is there any other part that would explain this? Can't find model number on the unit. Is this fairly easy to fix? Is there video?

Answer Jim, We will need to model number of the walloven, in order to advise you of the parts needed. You probably have a "combination" wall oven with a microwave on top, and an oven on the bottom. You probably have a broken torsion door spring WP4452395 and WP4452396. There are a few repair videos on the "You Tube" web site and we have some basic written instructions, if you should choose to use them. It is an involved repair, but not very difficult.
