Michael W for Model Number Jenn Air C301 I need to replace a surface element switch AP4291911 (Y703147), but first I need to know how to get to the old switch. It looks like the switch box comes out but I must not be finding all the screws.
Answer Michael, You will need to remove the exhaust grill on the downdraft and remove the 2 screws that are at the back of the escutcheon then push forward and up to release and remove the escutcheon.
