Mary H for Model Number MER5730AAH Small surface unit stays hot. I changed switch 7401238-60 and still won't cut down. I had a used switch#7401373-60 and it still won't cut the heat down. What could be wrong? The 238 was a new switch. The service man had changed the element before for not getting hot.
