Answer Mike, Here is a way to test to see if the elements are working properly. Take a pan and fill it with a quart/ 32 oz of room temperature water. Put the pan on the small element and turn on high. The water should come to a boil in approximately 6 1/2 to 7/12 minutes. If it does not then the switch would most likely be the switch. Read More...
