Zoe for Model Number Whirlpool GJC3634LB01 The knob for our Dual Watt Element (left front) on our Whirlpool Electric Cooktop Model GJC3634LB01 has come off and cannot be replaced because the pole that it would attach to will not turn -- and when we take the knob off, the pole just pushes down into the cooktop. Looking at a parts diagram we think it is the infinite switch. Do you agree? If so, what is the correct replacement part? Thanks for your assistance.
