This dual infinite switch controls power to a dual radiant surface element, providing smooth, adjustable heat for the inner ring or both rings of the burner. Replace a worn switch to restore precise temperature control and consistent performance.

Hello John, You should be able to mount the infinite switches in the metal mount and the holes should line up close enough to pass through the glass without touching the glass when they turn. If the infinite switch shaft contacts the glass, pick the glass back up and adjust the switches installation so it will not contact the glass. Do not install the glass top until the switches are properly positioned. (The screws are to be inserted with the glass top off of the unit, otherwise you could break the glass.)
