Steve for Model Number Kems308sss02 Hi I have the kitchenaid model kems308sss02 microwave oven and it seems that it runs but doesn't get hot. If I use convection it gets hot. The one door switch won't push in . I am only seeing two switches on microwave but when looking for switches web sites say there are 3 switches. The switch is on the right hand side if looking straight at it. Can you please help me clarify and tell me what switch I need. Thank you for your time and hopefully your help Best reguards, Steve
Answer Steve, All three switches are the same part number but have 3 connectors. If replacing pay special attention to how and which terminal the wire goes to [photos].
