Chuck for Model Number mvwc400xw3 My lid does not lock. It makes the noise like it is going to lock but does not. The lock light blinks and so does the sensor light, but nothing happens.
Answer Chuck, With the door lock making the locking noise but not locking, you will want to make sure that the lid is not warped and if the lid checks ok then most likely the lock assembly is faulty and would need to be replaced.
