Joseph for Model Number LSW9700PQ0 My lid switch is ok & still works. But the bottom part of clip towards rear that snaps it tight to machine broke. Do I have to replace the whole switch ? I have it rigged with a small wedge of wood, taped to keep the switch in the on mode (machine agitates or spins with lid up as it does with lid down) since it will not attach to machine tightly to accept the small metal rod under lid that actuates it underneath.
