Answer Hello Pete! You will need to disconnect the power to the unit. Release the two clips under the corners of the control panel securing the control panel. You can use a flat blade putty or butter knife to do this. Pull the control panel forward and flip it backwards. Next unplug the lid switch and raise the lid on the washer. Release the clip and remove the ground wire screw. Install new lid switch WP8318084 in reverse order. Hope this helps, thanks! Read More...
