Charles for Model Number whirlpool #wtw5100qv2 No matter what setting I try to use, my washer will fill with water and then nothing...No agitate, no rinse, no spin, etc. Whats wrong with this thing? Its only 2 years old.
Answer Hello Charles. You need to check and see if the lid switch WP8318084 is bad in the unit. If so, you will have the issues you are having with the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
