Answer Glen, Check to make sure that you are getting 240 vac to the unit from the power supply. Check the thermal fuse to make sure that it has continuity. If there is no continuity then replace the thermal fuse. Check the heater to make sure that it is good by visually checking to make sure that it is not broken. Disconnect the power and remove 1 wire from the heater and plug unit back in and turn the unit on and test each wire to the heater to chassis ground. Whichever side does not have power.
