Kim for Model Number GEQ9800LW1 When turning the timer, there is an arc with a "pop" noise and a visible spark, which pops the breaker. In reading about the problem, it says that loose wires on the terminal block would cause an arc....and there are loose wires that I cannot make stay tight. But the arc comes directly from turning the timer knob. Thoughts?
