Taylor for Model Number WRS588FIHZ00 My freezer side is working fine; however, my refrigerator side is not keeping cold. Changing the temperature has not helped as the temperature continues to stay warm. I have tried unplugging and thawing out the fridge/freezer; however, after being plugged in for 24 hours it was cold for approximately 5 hours then went back to being warm again. Thank you.
Answer Hello Taylor, the fresh food section is cooled by airflow from the freezer through the top diffuser/damper W11164593, you can check this for airflow, the flapper should be open, till the fresh food side cools to about 38 deg.
