Kevin for Model Number KSRA25FKSS00 I have an over temperature alarm that intermittently goes off. In checking the temperature with a thermometer (tried 2 to ensure accuracy)I have 39-40 degrees in the fridge and 2 degrees in the freezer, very close to the settings, yet I still get the alarm. Any ideas? Also, I do not see a listing for the thermistor for the freezer. Is it the same part number as the one listed here for the refrigerator side?
Answer Hi Kevin. It is the same part #WP2188819. Normal Temperatures are 0-degrees in the freezer, 37-47 degrees in the fresh food. Thank you. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Saturday, August 6, 2011
