Steve for Model Number GS6NVEXVS01 Freezer is getting ice build up on the door and around the walls, while refri is getting warm. I notice also that there is ice in between the wall of the freezer and refrig, so there is no air circulation. Could be bad the defrost thermostat or the thermistor...or should I look for something else? Thanks
Answer Hello Steve. Check and make sure the flapper in the dispenser assembly is not broke. If it is closing good, you will need to look for a bad door seal 2159082. It sounds like the unit is drawing in warm air from the room. Once the problem is repaired, you will need to thaw out all the ice in the freezer and on the freezer walls. Hope this helps.
