Jeff for Model Number WRT311FZDB01 There is water leaking into the refrigerator compartment through the freezer. I had the unit unplugged and defrosted and it has only been running for about a week now. Can someone point me in the right direction?
Answer Jeff, Thanks for the question!!! I think you find the issue is with your defrost drain. You will need to remove the evaporator cover inside the back of the freezer and locate the drain hole at the bottom below the evaporator. The drain will probably be frozen over.
