Mark for Model Number WRF560SEHV00 Hello, my Whirlpool French door refrigerator cabinet is warm about 60 f but the freezer is at 0 f. I defrosted it, cleaned all coils on the bottom, evaporator fan is working, damper is working, ran diagnostic test on the front panel and everything checked out ok. Turned it to the coolest setting for both freezer and fridge but fridge still can’t get below 50 f. I am thinking it might be the temperature sensor in the fridge?
Answer Mark, If the freezer is at zero then you have a fan motor not running or the baffle in the top rear section of the refrigerator is closed and possibly defective. We will send you a tech sheet for your unit where you can force the baffle open and close. Remove the cover so you can watch the baffle open. Read More...
