Ted for Model Number GY396LXGQ4 I have a Whirlpool oven, GY396LXGQ4, and I have low voltage going to my oven heating element...only 49.6 volts. The broiler element is fine and receives 220 volts. What part or parts could cause that? The temperature sensor ohms fine as do both heating elements.
Answer Hello Ted. Check and make sure all your wiring is good. If so then the control board has failed. The control board has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part. Read More...
