Warren for Model Number le7680xsw2 I changed the heater coil on my dryer it still blows cold air it doesnt heat up but the dryer. Still goes on like normal just not heating coil. What do I need to chek to see if it burned out so I can get it working?
Answer Hello Warren. Check and make sure you have 240 volts coming to the dryer. Check and make sure the unit is not set to Air Fluff. Also check the thermostats and see if they are good. You can test these with a multi-meter MA-DM1. They should read closed for continuity.
