Sean for Model Number 106.54589400 My Kenmore freezer never stops running and the temp is -35 degrees. The freezer is turning the food rock solid with frost all over it. The defrost cycle is working normally. I unplugged the unit and cleaned all the ice after dropping the freezer temp down to 1 with 1 being cold, 4 normal and 7 coldest and the problem still exists. The fridge side is set at 3 and everything seems to be good on that side. I did see a few ice drips on the air vent coming from the freezer into the fridge. I ran the diagnostics and everything passed (FC Thermistor, RC Thermistor, Evaporator Fan Motor, Compressor and Condenser Fan Motor, Air Baffle Motor and Defrost Heater/Bi-metal. What do you think is causing my freezer to be so cold? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
