Duane for Model Number KSRB25FHSS02 This morning there was a water puddle on the floor, warm freezer, all icemaker ice was melted, and the refrigerator side was also warm. Is it the part number WP627985 that is the cause of this? Thanks.
Answer Duane, No the icemaker cycling thermostat would not cause this unit to not cool. This would be most likely caused by either the unit stuck in defrost which no fans would be running and the compressor would not be running or a start relay that is bad which would keep the compressor from running.
