Answer Hello Vahe. Check and make sure the fan motor in the freezer is running properly and the air returns in the top and bottom of the unit are not blocked. If all of this is good, you will need to replace the control box 2304102 in the unit. This is the control for the temperature in the refrigerator. Hope this helps. Read More...
