Joseph for Model Number gmh3204xvs1 Microwave does not work at all, checked the circuit breaker and the outlet. They're fine. Could the thermostat cause this?
Answer Joseph, The first thing to check would be the AC filter line. Check where the power cord goes into it for 120 vac. Then check the blue and black wire coming off of it for 120 vac. If there is not power then the filter board is bad and would need to be replaced. If this checks ok then there are 2 cavity thermostats that you would want to test for continuity.
