Patti for Model Number Wmh1163xvq Hood fan and hood light will not operate. The control panel indicates fan or light is on, but the fan is not running and the new bulb is not illuminating. All other microwave functions work. Would replacing the fuse, part # W10138793 be the solution? If so, where is it located/how do I get to it?
