But your first checks should be at the outlet, make sure you have 220 VAC, check across the two outside terminals of the terminal block for 220 VAC. Then check the thermal fuse on the blower housing for a closed circuit and then the belt and belt switch for a closed circuit and damaged wiring or a broken belt.
