While man has yet to come up with a paint that is completely heat resistant, it is satisfactory to prevent rust and repair cosmetic issues. There should be plenty in the bottle to touch it up again and again. It will stick better if you clean the area with All Purpose Appliance Cleaner 31682 before applying to remove any grease residue.
