Tom for Model Number AP6016764 I recently purchased a smaller version of this lower rack roller wheels item. Prior to installing it, I viewed a video showing how to install it. I needed to return it, because it was too small, which I did. I ordered the correct model, but now I cannot recall where I viewed the video to install it. Can you direct me to the video explaining how to install it? Thank you!
Answer Tom, unfortunately, we do not currently have a repair video for the lower dishrack roller WPW10195417. However, there will be two tabs that would need to be pressed in so that the original roller assembly can be pulled down off of the rack. The tine row would need to be lined up properly and the new rollers would push up into the rack with the tine row sitting in the center channel of the roller. Read More...
