I needed to return it, because it was too small, which I did. I ordered the correct model, but now I cannot recall where I viewed the video to install it. 1 Answer Tom, unfortunately, we do not currently have a repair video for the lower dishrack roller WPW10195417. However, there will be two tabs that would need to be pressed in so that the original roller assembly can be pulled down off of the rack. Janet S September 22, 2022 for Model Number 665.1392 Are the new replacement wheel assemblies designed better than the old? It seems to me by the questions and answers that many people have had this same issue. I don't wish to spend another $200.00 dollars to replace these wheels if the same thing is going to happen. The small " push in" central plastic pins falls out, washes away and the wheels fall off. Has this issue been addressed?

I have an issue with the sprayer arm getting caught on the bottom of the rack during the wash cycle, and would rather raise the rack with bigger wheels then spend $150-300 on a new sprayer arm assembly.
