Muhammad for Model Number MAV8600AWW Hello. I have three question in order to replace tub. 1: I already removed agitator,spinner. Next step is to use spanner wrench and seal nut tool. From where I can buy these tools? There are different shapes of spanner wrench. 2: How I can remove springs from the rear? Looks difficult to reach my hand ? 3: In the instructions, there is a warning, dont let tub and transmission assembly tip over. What I suppose to do here.
Answer Hi Muhammond. The spanner nut seal tool is part # TJ22002898 The spanner wrench for that tool is part # TJSHSW-1. The spring removal tool is part # TJ22002922. You reach down the back side of the outer tub and lift up on the rear spring round finger grab point to lift the spring out from the outer tub support basket.
