Pam for Model Number 110.47511701 I noticed water on the floor a few times after a wash. A week later during a wash cycle the machine stopped and was showing an F1 code. The door would not open. We opened the bottom panel to open the door. We unplugged the machine to reset it but that didn't work. When we plugged it back in the lights flashed but nothing we touched worked, lights just continue to flash.
Answer Pam, "F01 - Pump Driver/ Main Relays/ EEPROM Error The pump driver fails to activate/ One of the main relays is not working properly/ A communication error between the Central Control Unit (CCU) and the EEPROM onboard the CCU occurred". A defective pump can cause the F01 code, but in most cases, it is a failure in the CCU WPW10525353. You'll want to retrieve the tech data information sheet from the back side of the lower access panel and conduct the diagnostic test mode to verify the component operation and review the error codes to get a direction of which components to test or replace.
