Jason Z. for Model Number Whirlpool LXR 9445JT1 The agitator is not spinning. I thought it was the dogs, but in doing the hand test, they do lock up when spinning one way. I tried removing the 7/16 bolt on the top, but all it does is spin. I'm guessing that it is something in the gear case, but don't know for sure.
