Jamie for Model Number PAV2300AWW The upper agitator will repeatedly come loose despite reattaching it via the holding screw. The upper agitator has two parts: the larger outer part, and an inner rotary part. The inner rotary part twists one direction smoothly, and the will move in the other direction with only slight resistance. Is this a problem with the "dogs" in the upper agitator? Thanks
Answer Hello Jamie, It sounds like the hole that the agitator retention screw WPW10309247 passes through in the upper agitator 21001878 may be wallowed out. If the screw backs out, you should replace it since the new screw comes with threadlock on the threads to prevent backing out. Read More...
