Tim D for Model Number KUDM01TJBL0 Regarding removal of the upper dish tray, the videos show a plastic clip that has a button on the front that you press in and the clip removes. In my specific unit, there is no button on the front for removal. There are two plastic clips that hold the tray from falling out when you pull it to empty dishes, but not the clip with a button as shown. There looks like a small area on the top of the rail where I could push down a small plastic retainer-looking thing with a very small screwdriver and then pull the plastic piece forward for removal. Is that the proper way to remove these retaining plastic pieces? I'd hate to break them.
