Doug for Model Number WTW6200SWO Cold water does not seem to be filling I followed the technical guide supplement- all cycles and temp. settings only hot water fills- above 100° cannot be sure if valve unit or if machine/motor control board are the issue?
Answer Hello Doug. if there is power coming to the cold water valve and the unit does not fill, you will need to replace the water valve on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
