Doug December 10, 2013 for Model Number WTW6200SWO Cold water does not seem to be filling I followed the technical guide supplement- all cycles and temp. settings only hot water fills- above 100° cannot be sure if valve unit or if machine/motor control board are the issue?
1 Answer Hello Doug. if there is power coming to the cold water valve and the unit does not fill, you will need to replace the water valve on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
Dan August 10, 2013 for Model Number wtw6600sw1 Fabric Softener tray won't dispense during regular cycle and at 17 minute remaining mark of regular cycle an error code LF appears. I have removed top console and removed hose from water inlet valve and blown air through hose back through tray very easily. Will replacing the Water Inlet Valve part fix this issue?
1 Answer Dan, Before replacing the water valve. Pull the inlet hoses off the valve and make sure that the screens are not plugged. If the screen inside the valve is clogged it would cause the issue. Clean the screen and if this does not correct then replace the water valve. Read More...
Satpannha Y July 24, 2013 for Model Number 110.27032602 When I turn on the washer and run a cycle. it doesn't want to fill the washer. I think its my valve or pump but im not positively sure. When I just drain and spin it works. Also it started to smoke from the motherboard too. So my question is the valve the cause of water not pumping into the washer or would it be my motherboard causing the valve not to work?
1 Answer Satphannha, Based on the information it sounds like the control board may be the issue but you will want to check to make sure that there is 120 vac getting to the water valve when the unit is calling for water. If it doesn't then the control would be the issue and if it does then the valve. Read More...
Joel February 21, 2012 for Model Number 110.27032603 I'm getting a LF code. Water lines are clear with water to the back of the machine. Screens were checked and are clean. Hot water seems to be flowing fine but not cold water.
1 Answer Hello Joel. With no cold water filling, I would change the water inlet valve, part number WPW10059310. As long as the cold water is on at the faucet the inlet valve replacement should correct your problem. Hope this helps you out! Read More...
Keith P. March 17, 2011 for Model Number wtw6200sw0 I have a cabrio washer wtw6200sw0 that has a code of lf on it. I just replaced the door lock because it would not lock. I checked the water pressure, hoses & screens & all are good.
2 Answers Hello Keith. Check and see if the drain hose is to far in the drain pipe, causing the machine to siphon out the water. It should only be about 6 to 8 inches inside the pipe. Hope this helps. Read More...

2 Answers Hello Keith! An LF fault code on model wtw6200sw0 means Long Fill. The LF will appear when the water level does not change for a period of time after the valves are turned on or water has disengaged the basket but the control does not detect a water level change. Make sure that the water supply is connected properly and turned on. Make sure that the hose screens are not clogged. If there is water entering the tub check the pressure hose connection to machine/motor control. Let us know what happens. Thanks! Read More...
