Joe T for Model Number Whirlpool Duet Gas Dryer - GGW9200LW2 My dryer has a vary slight gas smell in the clothes drum after it has been off/closed for a period of time. No leaks were found on any of the external gas connections. I am assuming the gas valve is leaking by. The parts manual shows the valve assembly as Part# 8318281. For a leaking valve, is it always replaced as a complete assembly, or are there replacement valve internals avilable? Thanks for your help!
