Paul for Model Number WFG381LVQ1 This oven is about 4 years old. All top burners light fine. The oven and broiler will not ignite. I replaced the gas valve and that did not help. Does this oven have two igniters one for the oven and one for the broiler? What would cause both igniters to go out at once? We have never used the broiler function. On the gas valve that I installed it appears to have a manual shut of switch on it. If it does then What position is on and off.
Answer Hello Paul. Check and see if the igniters are sparking. If not, then you may need to replace the control board WPW10424330.
