Hello Yvonne, You would want to check the coils on the gas valve for resistance. You should have 216 ohms across both terminals 1 to 2 and 2 to 3. If you do not have 216 ohms then you have a bad gas valve WPW10293048 and will need to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
