Thom for Model Number MAH6700AWW My washer often during a load has an OE on display, then has to be shut off and restarted. Sometimes the water just keeps running in it even when you hit the power button or cycle select to stop or pause it. When it's on and water is running and then the normal cycle would call for water you can hear it like it opens another valve or this one farther cause it's louder!
Answer Hi Thom. Remove the top by removing the 3-screws at the back of the top. Then slide the top back and lift the top up. UN hook the electrical connector one at a time and see if its the cold water (dual) valve part # WP34001151. or the hot water (single) valve part # WP34001131. You may need to just feel which supply hose has water constantantly flowing in it to be able to tell. The OE code is the inability to drain code. Thank You. Read More...
