Chad for Model Number 66515781 My dishwasher hadn't been used in awhile and won't drain, it cycles but finishes with water un the bottom. I've checked the drain house and it isn't kinked or blocked. There is no obvious blockage inside the machine. What do you suggest?
Answer Hello Chad. You will need to test and see if there is power going to the drain pump when the unit is in the drain cycle. If so, and the pump is not draining the machine, you may have a bad drain pump. The model number you provided is not working properly. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
