Answer Hello Sherry. You will need to check and see if the water level inside the dishwasher is filling up to the bottom of the heater. If it is low, then the inlet valve WP8531669 is bad and will need to be replaced. Once the dishwasher fills, open the door and see how much water is in the bottom of the unit. Hope this helps.
