Answer

Jimmy, First, you want to check and make sure there's enough water, and it's hot enough. Start a cycle, allow the machine to fill and wash for 5 minutes. unlatch and open the door, check the water level in the bottom of the tub, it should be high enough to contact the bottom of the heater element, low water level affects the spray arm operation. the water temperature in the bottom of the tub should be at least 120 Dgrs.F. low water temp. does not breakdown the detergent chemicals properly and has an effect on the washability. If all's OK, we'd suggest you consider: a plain powderred detergent and reduce the amount of rinse additive if you have an adjustable dispenser. Thanks and Good Luck
