Justin for Model Number GDF520PSJ0SS Dishwasher not filling. I have 14vdc at the water inlet valve connector when I start the dishwasher. Voltage drops to 0 when connector is plugged in to inlet valve. Valve metered 30 ohms. Replaced valve with WD15X26140. Have the same problem with new valve. Dishwasher is not filling. Voltage drops to 0 when the connector is plugged into valve after starting dishwasher. New valve meters 18 ohms.
