Edith for Model Number rbs275pdq14 It would not heat properly so I repalced the element that did not work. What else could be wrong?
Answer Hello Edith. Make sure there is 240 volts coming to the unit. If so, test the thermal overload WP9759243 and see if it is good. It should read closed for continuity. If it is good, you will need to replace the control board WP8302994. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
